1. Introduction

Welcome to ex88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and ex88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ex88.casa.

These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the ex88 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, instant games, and all promotional activities.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ex88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement enforced in accordance with international online gambling standards. Users under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform.
2. You must be accessing and using the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. You must register only one (1) personal Account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by ex88 or any other gaming operator, or be registered on any self-exclusion programme.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered in the name of the individual who will be using the account. The use of accounts by third parties, including but not limited to professional gamblers or syndicates, is prohibited.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register an Account.

4. Account Registration & KYC

When registering an account on ex88, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. ex88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, ex88 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or unlocking certain account features:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or bank account statement);
• Any additional documentation that ex88 reasonably deems necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or internal compliance policies.

You agree to cooperate with all KYC requests promptly. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal rights.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the ex88 Platform is subject to the following general conduct obligations. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other Users' accounts, or ex88's systems or networks;
• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or any other automated means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in games or the Platform to gain an advantage;
• Engage in or facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Engage in any behaviour that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance or availability of the Platform for other users.

ex88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these conduct obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of winnings and balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

ex88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits are processed immediately upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ex88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM80 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless ex88 specifically approves an alternative at its sole discretion.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. ex88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals requested during standard business hours are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and network conditions.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of the associated funds is permitted.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ex88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and the referral reward programme. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible registered members only. ex88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting if the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been met within that period.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds resulting from the completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement may be credited to the withdrawable balance.
• ex88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a promotion has been abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent the purpose of the promotion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ex88 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ex88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where a bet has been accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error on our part.
• ex88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has been determined or materially influenced by corruption, match-fixing, or any other irregular activity.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports, games, and betting markets. Applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. ex88 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific accounts at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the decision of ex88 (or its third-party game provider where applicable) shall be final and binding.
• All casino and slot games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for individual games are available on request.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ex88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of ex88 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from ex88.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ex88 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Loss of data, winnings, or account access resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ex88 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonuses subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

ex88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise irregular activity is identified;
• The account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory investigation, or court order;
• ex88 is required to do so under applicable laws or regulations;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ex88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ex88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ex88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ex88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
